Frequently asked questions

Does cropping delete the content outside the box?
Cropping sets the page's visible area (its CropBox), hiding everything outside the box in viewers and prints. The underlying content isn't shredded, so it's a safe, reversible change rather than destructive editing.
Can I crop only some pages?
Yes. Use the page selector to apply the crop to specific pages or ranges, for example "1-3, 5", or leave it blank to crop every page.
Is my file uploaded to a server?
No. Cropping runs entirely in your browser with pdf-lib, so your PDF never leaves your device.
